Our network story
From 2001, when Fondazione Malagutti opened and started to manage the Community for underage people, we organise the International Figurative Arts Exposition for young artists (children and teenagers), in order to promote Children’s Rights and celebrate the 20 November, the World Children’s Day, through art and creativity.
In the succession of the various editions, we have arrived at the 15th International Figurative Arts Exhibition of 2019.
In 2009, Fondazione Malagutti onlus decided to create a movement to defend and promote children’s rights nationally and internationally. During the years, various subjects adhered (associations, public entities, schools) from Italy and abroad because they shared the principles of our Manifesto.

From 26 to 28 June 2015 Fondazione Malagutti onlus organised, through the Diritti a Colori network, the first edition of the International Children’s Rights Festival, the only true festival dedicated to children’s rights.

From 2008, year in which we launched the first edition, we organise the International Illustration Competition for professional of the field from Italy and abroad in partnership with AI – Autori di Immagini Association.
The illustration which wins the first prize becomes the symbolic image of all promotional material regarding the International Exposition dedicated to young artists.
We have just closed the 2024-2025 8th edition of the Illustration Competition.
