Born in 1980, the Autori di Immagini Association is composed and managed by illustration, comic and animation professionals and artists. It has always been operating towards the professional recognition of the Author of Images, for his/her protection and for the adherents’ and the entire category’s promotion in their links to the world of publishing, the clients in general and public relations. From 2003, it is a member of EIF, the European Forum of Illustrators, which coordinates 20 organisations of illustrators from 14 countries with the purpose to spread the inheritance of European illustration worldwide.
